Muzaffarnagar (UP): The students of Gurukul Sanskrit Mahavidyalaya with the relatives of freedom fighter Satyadev Shastri staged a sit-in after board bearing the picture of the freedom fighter at the college entrance was replaced with one containing the pictures of the Prime Minister Narendra Modi and local BJP leader, sources said on Monday. According to the protesters, it was because of BJP law-maker from Tilhar, Salona Kushwaha that the picture of the freedom fighter was replaced with the ones of Modi, UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath and that of the local legislator.

According to Kushwaha, when she came to know of it, she went to the college and got the board replaces. She also said that it was the conspiracy of her rivals.
