Sri Lanka Cricket said on Wednesday that it would take a decision on the upcoming tour of India and Bangladesh later this week.
Ashley DeSilva, Chief Executive of Sri Lanka Cricket, said, “Both the Cricket Board (BCCI and BCB) had asked for the time till May 15 which we gave. We will decide together later this week. “
The Indian team has to travel to Sri Lanka to play three ODIs and three T20s in June-July, while Bangladesh will have to play a three-Test series in July-August. If these seizures fail, it will be Sri Lanka’s third consecutive home series to be canceled due to the corona virus epidemic.
