People came and told me such nasty things that I am just unable to forget and that has made me a person with low self-esteem. After the pandemic’s lockdown restrictions, I put myself in quarantine away from negative people to create a positive outlook for my new life. The transformation was quite challenging for me but all I knew is to just keep walking ahead. And whenever I could recollect my past hurtful judgments from others, I try to get angry, then slowly calm myself to forgive and forget the incidents.
