Malgudi Days is a Hindi television series that had over 50 episodes. It is based on the works of renowned sketch artist R. K. Narayan. People who were born in the 90s will surely remember watching this series and learning how people living in the simple town of Malgudi led their lives despite various challenges and tests of life.

2) Geet – Hui Sabse Parayi:
The romantic comedy show deserves a special mention as television got its two successful actors – Gurmeet Choudhary and Drashti Dhami. Set in Canada, Punjab and Delhi, the show highlighted the plight of women when their NRI husbands abandon them in the middle of the marriage. The show then revolved around the love story of Geet and Maan and gave us some true goals of happy marriage ever-after.

3) Siya Ke Ram:

a manner that makes us understand and feel the emotions. Siya ke Ram takes us to the entire story of how Sita became the wife of Prince Rama of Ayodhya and gives us a glimpse of their eternal love story.
