New Delhi: A new plan has been formulated to prevent the spread of corona infection in Delhi. Under this, every house will be screened in Delhi till 6 July. Delhi is the second most affected state in the country by Corona. On Tuesday, a record 3947 new cases of Corona were reported on Tuesday. This is the most positive case found in a day in any state. There are 261 containment zones in Delhi and more than 62 thousand corona cases have been reported.
Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal Government says that under the new Covid Response Plan, the investigation of every house in the containment zone will be completed by June 30. Also, contact tracing will be further improved and strengthened so that the chain of infection outbreak can be broken.
The Delhi government said, ‘More than 2500 new cases and about 75 deaths are being reported in Delhi every day. Of this, 45 percent are from the Containment Zone. Significantly, Delhi on Sunday overtook Tamil Nadu in terms of number of corona infections. Under the new scheme, strict monitoring plans will be implemented at the district level in Delhi.
