Lucknow: Lockdown continues across the country regarding Coronavirus. All the state governments along with the central government are taking every possible step to protect them from the effects of the virus while making the public aware of the danger. In this sequence, the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh will make 66 million Khadi special Khadi masks for 23 crore people of the state. State Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that after the lockdown ends, people will not be allowed to leave the house without putting on masks.
CM Yogi Adityanath said on Saturday, the state government will make a triple layer special mask of 66 crore khadi for 23 crore people. The triple layer indigenous Khadi mask will be the brand of Uttar Pradesh. The poor will get free. The rest of the people will get masks much cheaper. This mask will be reuse washable. Every citizen of the state will be given two masks.
The Chief Minister said that if the lockdown ends on April 14, then everyone will have to wear a mask under the Pandemic Act. CM Yogi Adityanath has instructed that it will not be allowed at all to go out of the house without a mask.
According to the data released by the Health Ministry on Saturday, so far 68 people have died due to corona virus in India and the number of infected has crossed 2900. So far, 2902 have been infected across the country. During the last 24 hours, 601 new cases have been reported, while 12 deaths have also occurred within these 24 hours. A relief news is that a total of 184 people have been cured of its infection. In view of the threat of Corona, the lockdown has been done till April 14 across the country.
