Delhi Govt orders release of Quarantined Tablighi Jamatis

New Delhi: The Delhi government ordered the release of 4 thousand members of the Tabligi Jamaat, who have completed the required quarantine period. With this, the Delhi government said that those who have cases registered will be sent to the custody of Delhi Police, while those who have no cases will be sent back to the home state.

According to the sources, “All those members of the Tabligi Jamaat who are on trial in the Markaz case and who are needed for investigation, will be sent to the custody of Delhi Police”.

The Delhi government said, “The members of the Tabligi Jamaat, who are not required for investigation in Markaz case, will be sent back to their home states.”

Corona virus infection continues to increase in Delhi and so far 5104 people have been infected with Covid-19 here. So far 64 people have died due to corona virus in Delhi, while 1468 people have been cured.
