Patna: Election campaigning came to a halt on Sunday evening in 94 seats for the second phase of the Bihar assembly elections on November 3. Today was the last day of campaigning. On November 3, 9 in Patna, 7 in Nalanda, 5 in Bhagalpur, 4 in Khagadia, 7 in Begusarai, 5 in Samastipur, 4 in Vaishali, 10 in Saran, 8 in Siwan, 6 in Gopalganj, 5 in Muzaffarpur, 5 in Darbhanga. Polling will be held in 4 seats in Madhubani, 3 in Sitamarhi, one in Shivhar, 6 in East Champaran, 3 seats in West Champaran. The fate of the candidates will be decided in 94 seats.
