Mumbai: In view of increasing cases of corona in Maharashtra, preparations for imposing mini lockdown in the state have intensified. New rules can be announced soon. Relief and Rehabilitation Minister Vijay Vadettiwar has said that the increasing infection of Corona in the state is a matter of concern for all of us. However, he has once again ruled out the possibility of a lockdown in Maharashtra.
Vadettivar said that the state has already suffered a lot of financial loss because of Corona. In such a situation, the government is not in a position to impose lockdown in the state once again. He said that the government will soon make a new announcement to strictly follow the Corona rules. Vadettivar has termed the rising cases of corona in other districts of Vidarbha, including Nagpur, serious. He said that concrete decision will be taken in Nagpur in the next one or two days. Wadettivar said it would not be correct to call it a lockdown, but I will soon have a review meeting with the foster minister of Nagpur and take a suitable decision.
