The Prime Minister said in his address that the country is fighting a very big battle against Corona today. PM Modi said, ‘I will ask the states to see lockdown as the last option. We have to do our utmost to avoid lockdown.

PM Modi said, ‘This time as the corona cases increase, the pharma sector has increased the production of medicines. It is being speeded up now. To increase production, the help of pharmaceutical companies is being sought in every way. We have such a strong pharma sector. The work of increasing the number of beds in hospitals is also going on.

PM Modi said, ‘We should not lose patience even in the harshest times. Only then we can achieve victory. The decisions that have been taken will improve the situation rapidly. The demand for oxygen is very large. Very fast work is being done in this direction.

He further said, ‘Today, the cheapest vaccine in the world is in India. The vaccine was developed under fast track approval and regulatory valet. More than 12 crore people have been vaccinated in India, the fastest in the world. From May 1 onwards, anyone above 18 years of age can be vaccinated. As before, free vaccines will continue to be available in government hospitals.

PM Modi said, ‘I will ask the states to see lockdown as the last option. We have to do our utmost to avoid lockdown. Pay more attention to the State Micro Containment Zone. Young colleagues are requested to help make Covid-19 rule by making committees in their locality. Necessary to reduce the atmosphere of the house, people should not get into rumors.

The Prime Minister said, ‘I urge the state administration to awaken the confidence of the labourers. Ask them to stay where they are. This trust given by the states will help them very much that in the city they are in, there will also be vaccine in the next few days and their work will not stop. ‘
