Lucknow: Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath addressed media representatives of Uttar Pradesh through video conferencing held at his government residence here today. He said that the state government is making all efforts to deal with the critical situation arising out of the Corona virus outbreak. Public cooperation is necessary to make the lockdown successful. He said that the media can make the public aware about the prevention and prevention of the effects of covid-19. So far the media has given its full support. He called that in future also media will continue to play its positive role in making people aware.
The Chief Minister said that people need to be fully aware about the corona virus covid-19. People should also be given detailed information regarding its prevention. The importance of social distancing must also be constantly underlined by the media, as it is a new disease, which has no cure yet.
The Chief Minister said that under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi, India is effectively fighting the war against Corona. We have to conquer the corona through social distancing. Currently, there are 314 corona positive cases in the entire state, out of which 168 cases are from Tablighi Jamaat. Due to these, the number of corona positive cases has increased in the state in the last 04 days. Those returning from Tabligi Jamaat to Uttar Pradesh are being continuously searched and quarantined. The state government is working continuously for the safety and health of all. He said that 25 Corona positive people have also become healthy in the state.
