According to the article, Amit Kumar, a resident of Sarahati village in Uttar Pradesh’s Kannauj district, filed a lawsuit against Zuckerberg and 49 others for making derogatory remarks against Akhilesh Yadav on Facebook. Kumar claims in his court filing that an attempt was made to smear the image of the Samajwadi Party head on a Facebook group called “Bua Babua.” When BSP president Mayawati and popular political opponent Akhilesh Yadav formed an alliance in the 2019 parliamentary election, the moniker “Bua Babua” was invented.

He later demanded that the FIR file a lawsuit against the Facebook page manager and Facebook CEO Mark Zuckerberg.
