New Delhi: University Grants Commission (UGC) has released new guidelines. Earlier, the Union Home Ministry has also written a letter to Higher Education Secretary on Monday agreeing to conduct the final year examinations of the college, university.
According to the new guidelines of UGC, final year exams of graduation / post graduation will no longer be canceled. Rather, by the end of September 2020, universities and institutions will be able to conduct final year exams.
Institutes can make these examinations online or offline. It is very important that all students get equal opportunity for education, assessment of their educational qualification from the point of view of their future and employment.
The UGC has issued new guidelines for final year or semester examinations of various courses in universities, colleges, deemed universities and other educational institutions on Monday in view of the increasing cases of corona. Under this new guideline, universities and colleges have been made mandatory to conduct final year examination.
