Now if the learning is online and all at home, then why do we need Diwali holidays, you may ask?
But what about those teachers and students? Don’t they have the right to spend quality time with their family and friends during the festive season of Diwali?
Considering this point in mind, the government of Maharashtra has announced that the people who are involved in the online education such as teachers and students of schools will definitely get to enjoy Diwali vacations this year as well.
A final decision on the same lines will be taken by the concerned authorities soon.
Due to coronavirus lockdown, the schools and colleges were moved to online phase.
Although the government is still contemplating on reopening the schools and colleges, parents are not in favour of the decision due to the growing number of cases.
