Road Safety Week is celebrated from 11th January to 17th January by the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways. During the whole week celebration of this campaign, various educational banners, Safety posters, Safety Films and Leaflets related to road safety are distributed to the on-road travellers.

So, today we crafted a list of 10 weird driving laws around the world, Must-know about it.

–In California, it is illegal to jump from a car at 65mph.

–In Alaska, you are not allowed to tie a dog to the roof of your vehicle.

–The weirdest law has to go to this one from Kentucky where it is illegal to let your pet molest a vehicle!

–In Montana, you can’t leave a sheep unescorted in a truck.

–You cannot spit from a moving car in Mariette, Georgia, but you can spit from a moving truck.

— In Maine, you can’t park in front of a Dunkin’ Donuts.

–Cleanliness is close to Godliness in Moscow where you can be slapped with a fine for having a dirty car.

–It is illegal to eat or drink anything while driving in Cyprus.

–In Switzerland, you can’t wash your car on a Sunday.

 –In Denver, Colorado, it is illegal to drive a black car on Sundays.
