A few years ago, two children who were playing near a paddy purchase centre in Jabalpur district of Madhya Pradesh were beaten up because they made a noise. Not only that, after beating them up, the guard of the paddy purchase centre tied both of them to a chair. Similarly, in another incident, two Dalit children were mercilessly bashed up for touching utensils of another community. The incident occurred in Madhya Pradesh’s Damoh district.
