Lucknow: In the first major reshuffle in Yogi 2.0 after taking charge as UP CM. The Yogi government on Thursday evening and on Friday morning transferred about a dozen senior IAS and 14 IPS officers. Yogi govt has gathered momentum after handing over the work to all the ministers and senior officers, the government has changed the DMs and SP of many districts by transferring more than a dozen IAS and 14 IPS.

Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath made the first major administrative reshuffle after midnight on Thursday after assuming power for the second innings. District Magistrates of Meerut, Sambhal, Siddharthnagar, Kanpur Dehat, Deoria and Rae Bareli have been changed.The District Magistrates of Meerut, Deoria and Rae Bareli have been removed and made waiting. While in many districts the DM has been given the command of another district as well. District Magistrate of Siddharth Nagar Deepak Meena has been made District Magistrate of Meerut and Sambhal District Magistrate Sanjeev Ranjan has been made District Magistrate Siddharthnagar.
Municipal Commissioner Meerut Manish Bansal has been sent to the post of DM Sambhal. Deoria DM Ashutosh Niranjan has been removed and made waiting. District Magistrate of Kanpur Dehat Jitendra Singh has been made District Magistrate of Deoria while Neha Jain will be the new District Magistrate of Kanpur Dehat. Deoria DM Ashutosh Niranjan has been kept in the waiting list. Sanjeev Ranjan will take over as the District Magistrate of Siddharthnagar.

Balkar Singh, who returned from deputation, has been made MD Jal Nigam (Rural). Anurag Yadav has been shifted from Secretary Urban Development and given the responsibility of Secretary Agriculture. Sameer Verma, Secretary Public Works has been replaced as Secretary Social Welfare. Additional chief secretary planning and program implementation charge have been taken from Suresh Chandra. Chandra will continue as Additional Chief Secretary, Labour. The special thing is that the government has not issued the transfers officially. Districts and transferred officers have shared this information.

Vineet Jaiswal is the new SP of Amroha.
Hemant Kutiyal is the new SSP of Moradabad.
Rajesh Kumar Saxena is the new SP of Balrampur.
Ashok Kumar is the new SP of Rampur.
Kaustubh Maharajganj’s new SP.
Sonam Kumar is the new SP of Sant Kabir Nagar.
Vikas Kumar Vaidya is the new SP of Hathras.
Atul Sharma II is the new SP of Chitrakoot.
Dhawal Jaiswal is the new SP of Kushinagar.
Ankit Mittal, Bareilly PAC Commandant.
Pradeep Gupta Kanpur PAC Commandant.
Apart from these, Poonam, Bablu Kumar, and Sachindra Patel have been waiting.
In the above list, the most surprising name was IPS Bablu Kumar who was serving as SSP Moradabad is now in the waiting list. Bablu along with IPS Meerut Keshav Kumar has dismantled the meat syndicate. Since then lobbying was going on against them.
