Airline company IndiGo announced that it has introduced more pay cuts to the salaries of senior employees.
As much as 35% of the salary of senior employees will be deducted due to the cash crunch amid the coronavirus pandemic.
Since May 2020, IndiGo had started salary cuts of up to 25% for its senior employees.
The move of pay cuts for senior employees has come after the airline company announced that it is going to lay off 10% of its staff due to the downfall in the economy because of the pandemic.
Airline industry has been worst affected due to the coronavirus pandemic, which started in the world in January 2020.
As per government guidelines, people are requested to stay at home and stay safe.
