Redmi Note 9 Pro Max launched in India

New Delhi: Redmi on Thursday launched the new Redmi Note 9 series smartphone in India, the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max. Xiaomi’s sub-brand company Redmi introduced the new Note 9 Pro Max smartphone at an online event. The launch of Redmi Note 9 Pro Max was started by Manu Kumar Jain, Managing Director of Xiaomi India. He said on coming to the stage that the company had to cancel the launch event of Redmi Note 9 due to some ‘circumstances’. He meant the spread of novel corona virus spread around the world. In addition to the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max, the company also launched two variants of the Redmi Note 9 Pro.

During the launch event of Redmi Note 9, Xiaomi asked 9 questions, which will be given prizes when answered. These questions can be answered on all social media handles of the company. Manu Jain said that Xiaomi has remained the No. 1 smartphone brand for the last 10 consecutive quarters. He informed that till now more than 100 million Redmi devices have been sold in India.

This new phone of Redmi has been introduced in Aurora Blue, White and Interstellar Black Color. Redmi Note 9 Pro’s 6 GB RAM and 64 GB storage is priced at Rs 14,999, 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage is priced at Rs 16,999 and 8 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is priced at Rs 18,999. This smartphone of Redmi will be available from 25 March on Meadotcom, Amazon India, Mi Studio and Mi Home Store.

The new Redmi Note 9 Pro Max has a 6.67 inch display. This is the biggest display given in Xiaomi’s smartphone so far. The width of the device is the same as the Redmi Note 8 Pro. This smartphone is equipped with Aura Balance Design. This smartphone has features such as 3.5mm headphone jack, side-mounted (on the side) fingerprint sensor with infrared ammeter. The fingerprint sensor is integrated into the power button itself. Corning Gorilla Glass 5 has been given on the front and back in the Redmi Note 9 Pro Max.

In the launch event, the company informed that this is the first smartphone of the Redmi Note series that comes with Snapdragon 700 series. Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G processor has been given in Redmi Note 9 Pro. 6 GB RAM + 64 GB storage, 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage and 8 GB RAM + 128 GB storage has been launched.
