There is a rumour about Xiaomi that they release another phone in the Redmi 9 series.
According to the report, the Redmi 9T could be launched on January 8. The speculations are rife that the 9T would be a rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 4G in India as Redmi 9 Power. Apart from Redmi 9T, Xiaomi could also launch the Mi 11, Mi 10i and more in the first half of 2021.
As per tipster Snapdrachun 888 5G, Redmi 9T, which was teased in Malaysia would be launched on January 8. He said in his tweet that a famous reviewer had confirmed the date to him. He also revealed that Xiaomi could launch as many as nine phones globally in the first half of 2021. The list would include the Redmi 9T and the Redmi Mi 11 series.
A few days ago, Redmi 9T also got listed on a few certification websites. The phone bears the model number M2010J19ST. The model number was also reportedly listed on Thailand’s NBTC and Malaysia’s SIRIM certification websites. The listings have not revealed any details about the device’s specifications and features, but some reports have hinted that the phone is just a rebranded version of Redmi Note 9 4G, which has been released in China.

–The smartphone is likely to come with a 6.53-inch full-HD+ (1,080×2,340 pixels) display.
–It could be powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 662 SoC coupled with up to 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage.
However, a different report had suggested that the Redmi 9T 5G could come with a MediaTek Dimensity 800U 5G SoC. There is no clarity whether the company will go with a Mediatek processor or a Snapdragon Qualcomm processor.
–It is called the rebranded version of the Redmi Note 9 4G, which has already debuted in China and launched in Indi as Redmi 9 Power.
–If the reports turn out to be accurate, the Redmi 9T could feature a primary 48-megapixel lens, an 8-megapixel ultrawide camera, and a 2-megapixel macro camera.
–On the front, there could be a 16-megapixel camera for selfies. The phone could use a 6000mAh battery which might come with support for 18W fast charging.
All the information shared above is based on speculations. Xiaomi has not made anything official so far.
