Reasons WhatsApp will lead the next decade too

WhatsApp started its operations in 2009. Yes, you read it right!

As per Wikipedia, WhatsApp is an American freeware, cross-platform messaging, and Voice over IP service owned by Facebook, Inc. It allows users to send text messages and voice messages, makes voice and video calls, and share images, documents, user locations, and other media.

Let us understand why is WhatsApp going to be a strong leader in the coming decade as well.

WhatsApp is easier to use as compared to other social media platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, etc.

WhatsApp is a package that everyone likes to use from a 5-year-old child who types his father a message asking when he will return back from office to a grandmother asking her 5-year-old grandson if he has enjoyed his vacations being home.

So, basically, WhatsApp’s features are smooth and accessible to users of all age-groups, thus, making it a favorite of everyone around the world.

Unlike other social media platforms, people cannot really bug you on WhatsApp unless they have your contact number. You won’t get friend requests from unknown people and there is no need to actually upload a photograph on your profile as it is not mandatory and you can lead a private life connecting only with people whom you want to stay in touch with.

WhatsApp is thus the new-generation Millenials app which even keeps updating its features to fulfill the needs and wants of its different types of users.
