Technology company Google is celebrating its 22nd birthday today.
The company began on 8 September 1998. However, it marked 27 September every year as its official birthday.
Every year, the company comes up with a unique Google Doodle to observe the birthday.
This year, Google Doodle has the logo ‘G’ sitting in front of a laptop making a video call.
For the unaware, Google was started by two brilliant people Larry Page and Sergey Brin when they were doing their Ph.D. from Stanford University in 1998.
The name of the company or search engine Google comes from the maths word “googol”.
Google is considered to be everyone’s favourite and the most-used search engine on the internet.
