New Delhi: Senior member of Bangladesh cricket team Mushfiqur Rahim has once again stated clearly that he is firm on his earlier decision not to go to Pakistan with the team.
The Bangladesh cricket team will travel to Pakistan in the first week of April in the second leg of their tour and will play one-day matches and one Test match in Karachi. In the first leg of the tour, the team had to face defeat in a Test match and T20 series. Due to security concerns, the Bangladeshi team decided to do it in two phases instead of visiting for a long period.
Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) chairman Najmul Hasan recently urged Bangladesh star batsman Rahim to change his decision and accompany the team to Pakistan.
However, Rahim made it clear that he would not go to Pakistan. He told a TV channel that I had earlier made my stand clear on whether I would go to Pakistan or not and the board accepted it.
