Cricket clash: Labuschagne Questions Scheduling in India vs Australia

The cricketer of the Australian team, Marnus Labuschagne, expressed bemusement at the T20 scheduling against the India team after 4 days of the World Cup finals. On the evening of Thursday, India hosts Australia for 1st of five T20s in the subcontinent and the 4th bilateral white ball series between the two countries in September last year. The 7 members of Australia’s triumphant World Cup finals have remained in India for the T20s, whereas the opener, David Warner, withdrew from five cricket match series in the 11th hour, and all-rounder West Australian Aaron Hardie came to his place. 

Hard to fathom, says Labuschagne

The all-rounders and multi-format bowlers of the Australian team include Pat Cummins, Mitchell March, Cameron Green, Josh Hazlewood, and Mitchell Starc. But they were not selected for T20s because of the overload of work of home test summer, and get underway for next month. Labuschagne of the Australian team, who scored the 6-wicket victory against India and made the unbeaten half-century, confessed that ” it was hard to fathom” because his World Cup teammates were playing international cricket 4 days after the marquee match. Australia Squad 

The Australian player of the match for Heroic 137 ( 120), Travis Head, who played in the World Cup finals against India, will also play in the T20 Australia squad. But Mitchell Marsh does not tell clearly whether he will play in the T20 series as an opener in Vishakhapatnam.

The India T20 squad consist of Ishan Kishan, Shreyas Iyer, Tilak Verma, Ruturaj Gaikwad, Suryakumar Yadav, yashasvi Jaiswal, Jitesh Sharma, Ravi Bishnoi, Mukesh Kumar, avesh khan, prasidh Krishna, arshdeep Singh, Shivam Dube, axar Patel, Washington Sundar, Rinku Singh. 

Conclusion

The team Australia in the T20 will be led by the wicketkeeper, Matthew Wade, who faces India in Vishakhapatnam stadium, named Dr YS Rajashekhara Reddy ACA- VDCA stadium on Friday morning, with 1st ball scheduled at 12: 30 am.
