Sonia Gandhi, Manmohan Singh, and Rahul Gandhi are among the 30’star campaigners’ for Punjab released by the Congress.

Azad and Tewari are two senior members of the G-23 who have written to the party’s leadership, requesting a shake-up and challenging the party’s leadership. Azad was also recently awarded the Padma Bhushan by the Indian government.

Other members of the G-23, such as Anand Sharma and Bhupinder Singh Hooda, are among Punjab’s top campaigners.

Former Rajasthan deputy chief minister Sachin Pilot, who previously revolted against the Congress, has joined the party.

Tewari is also the lone Hindu MP from Punjab, despite the fact that Ravneet Singh Bittu, another Punjab MP, has been added to the list.

Priyanka Gandhi Vadra, Harish Chaudhary, Navjot Singh Sidhu, Chief Minister Charanjit Singh Channi, Ambika Soni, and former Speaker Meira Kumar are also on the list.
