Patna: Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today placed before the people the option to choose between a government led by him and a government run by RJD in the upcoming assembly elections.
While he has a vast experience of serving people with dedication, RJD is a specialist of corruption, he said, adding that the voters must decide on these facts who should be given the opportunity to serve the state for the next term.
Mr Kumar made the remark in an online public meeting addressing the voters of 24 constituencies in favour of JD (U) candidates for the Bihar assembly polls.
He asserted that he has been serving the people of all sections and communities with great sincerity and dedication since 2005.
During the RJD rule–from 1990 to 2005– its leader never thought to work for the development and welfare of the people of the state and indulged in corruption and promoted his own family members, he added.
“I have vast experience of serving the people with honesty while RJD is specialist in corruption and promoting a famil,” the Chief Minister said, adding that the choice was before the voters whether to choose a time-tested performer or the specialist of corruption and nepotism.
Making an oblique reference to RJD chief Lalu Prasad, he said that RJD president had never cared for development and welfare of the people and only remained concerned for prosperity and promoting his own family members when he was in power.
