New Delhi: Kangana Ranaut’s mother Asha Ranaut has resigned from the Congress and joined the Bharatiya Janata Party amidst the ongoing war between Shiv Sena and actress Kangana Ranaut. After joining BJP, Asha Ranaut said that she had to join BJP after what happened with Kangana.
Asha Ranaut has thanked PM Modi and Home Minister Amit Shah after joining the BJP. Kangana, while accusing Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray of “abuse of power”, targeted the Maharashtra government and announced that his voice would go far. In this development, many people of the film world have come forward in support of Ranaut who is associated with BJP. Ranaut posted several tweets comparing Shiv Sena-led Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) with goons and Mumbai with Pakistan Occupied Kashmir.
