Drama over: All four TMC leaders got bail in Narada case

Kolkata: The CBI special court has granted bail to all four TMC leaders in the Narada Sting case. The CBI on Monday arrested ministers Firhad Hakim and Subrata Banerjee, MLA Madan Mitra. However, within 7 hours, a special CBI court headed by Justice Anupam Mukherjee granted bail to the four arrested accused. Sowan Chatterjee, a former minister in the Mamta government, has also got bail. There is news that CBI may go to Kolkata High Court in this case.

Significantly, after the CBI’s action taken on Monday in the Narada Sting case, Bengal’s politics rose again. Trinamool Congress workers protested outside the CBI office to protest against the arrest of the ministers. Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee also reached the CBI office and opposed the arrest. Also warned that the CBI will also have to arrest them. Mamta was in the CBI office for about 6 hours.

The Trinamool Congress alleges that this revenge action is being taken by the BJP after the defeat in the assembly elections. At the behest of the Center, the agency is taking action against TMC leaders. At the same time, the BJP says that whatever action is being taken is being taken at the behest of the court, in this case there is no revenge action in it.

Let us know that in the case of Narada Sting that surfaced in 2016, the Governor was allowed to investigate in the last few days. In this case, CBI raided TMC leaders’ house on Monday and brought them to office with them. However, BJP leader Mukul Rai and Suvendu Adhikari were also involved in the case.
