The massive Ram Temple consecration, which is set to take place in Ayodhya on January 22, will be streamed live from Time Square in New York City, according to sources who spoke to India Today. The much-awaited ‘Pran-Pratishta(consecration) of Ram Lalla will be televised at several Indian embassies abroad in addition to being broadcast in all states of the nation. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will speak to all Rambhakts in India and overseas on this momentous occasion. The ruling Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) has announced that it will provide live nationwide coverage of the consecration ceremony from booth level.

BJP employees have been told to set up big screens at the booth levels for the live telecast of the Shri Ram consecration, according to news agencies. According to the sources, the media will be able to witness the consecration ceremony and receive darshan from Shree Ram Lalla in this manner. One week prior to the main ceremony, on January 16, the vedic rituals for the Pran Pratishtha ceremony of Ram Lalla (Infant Lord Ram) are supposed to begin. According to the sources, PM Modi is keeping a careful eye on the ceremony’s preparation and has asked for specific information on the customs and guidelines he must adhere to.

Prior to the Pran-Pratistha on January 22, Prime Minister Modi had promised to follow all religious customs and traditions out of respect for the day. Nripendra Mishra, the head of the Ram temple construction committee, revealed in an exclusive interview with India Today TV that Prime Minister Modi has asked the Ram Mandir trust for any particular holy observances he must follow before performing the Pran-Pratishtha. For the impending Pran-Pratishtha ceremony, a 51-inch-tall Krishna Shila (Shyam Varn) idol of Lord Ram has been carefully chosen.

The idol is meant to represent divinity, royalty, and a child’s unadulterated innocence. It is radiant in the dark hue of Shyam Varn. Prior to performing the Yagopavit Sanskar, the Lord Ram idol will be displayed.

According to Nripendra Mishra, the new Ram Lalla statue will be named “Utsav Ram” and will be positioned before the old one. Both statues will be positioned in the new Ram Mandir after January 16. In addition, on January 22, PM Modi will open the eye cover of the Lord Ram statue.

A senior official of the temperate date announced on Thursday that elaborate statues of lions, elephants, Lord Hanuman, and Garuda had been placed at the main entrance leading to the Ram temple in Ayodhya. Sandstone from the Rajasthan region of Bansi Paharpur was used to create these statuaries. To get to the main temple from the eastern side, visitors must ascend 32 steps. According to a senior temple trust official, the statues were placed at the Ram temple main entrance.
