The passing of former minister and Karanpur MLA Shri Gurmeet Singh Kooner has left me very saddened. Even though he was ill for a long time, Shri Kooner never stopped working toward local development. The Congress Party and Rajasthani politics have suffered an irreversible loss with the passing of Kooner Saheb. I ask God to grant the family courage and serenity for the departed soul.
