Yogi Adityanath denies UP to have higher crime rates

Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath has criticized all the earlier governments of the state by sharing that he feels that during his leadership, he has curbed the state from all sorts of crime. He also mentioned how he thinks that the issue of law and order was earlier than his present governance.

Adityanath in his address to the media said that the state of Uttar Pradesh was popular for the kind of riots it was getting into and also the criminals were not put behind bars before his party came into power. However, during his rule as the Chief Minister, he has ensured the state is now free from all sorts of crime that has been reduced.

Yogi Adityanath made these comments after he attended an event in Lucknow Police wherein a convocation parade of women recruits was held. In his speech, he mentioned how before 2017, there were lots of speculations and doubts among the common public of the governance in the state due to the law and order situation not at all in place. Women’s safety was a major issue before his party got elected in the state. Thus, his party leaders and workers came with the idea of recruiting 20% of police as women police in order to increase women’s protection and safety.

Yogi ji also shared how the state’s progress used to be a huge question mark among people all over the country. But today, Prash Pradesh has become an (answer) Uttar Pradesh for the entire nation. He also mentioned how he has fastened up the police recruitment process in the state. Also, it is quite noteworthy that today the state has passed the maximum budget of the UP police force after the independence of the country in 1947. It is due to the good law and order in the state that has been achieved currently, the state is progressing for the betterment of its people and even the whole country.
