MILAN 2024 sea phase set to close abroad INS Vikrant. The 12th edition of MILAN witnessed the participation of 35 units, which include ships, submarines and planes. 13 Ships and one aircraft from pleasant foreign international locations participated in the sea phase under the supervision of the Flag Officer Commanding Eastern Fleet Rear Admiral Rajesh Dhankhar.
