New Delhi: The Supreme Court is al set pronounce its verdict at 8 pm on the issue of dismissal of the no-confidence motion against the PTI government in Pakistan and the dissolution of the National Assembly. Meanwhile, Army and Rangers have been deployed in Islamabad. On Thursday, after hearing the arguments of Attorney General Khalid Javed Khan, Chief Justice Omar Ata Bandiyal said – It is clear that the decision of the Deputy Speaker is against the Constitution.

The special thing is that after listening to Justice Bandial, Khalid left the Supreme Court. From this it can be guessed that the decision of the Supreme Court is going to be heavy on the Deputy Speaker and Imran Khan. Earlier, before the five-judge bench of the Supreme Court, the Attorney General said – things related to the meeting of the NSC (National Security Committee) cannot be placed in the court in front of everyone. He claimed that the no-confidence motion was rejected on March 28 itself.
Justice Mandokhel, who was included in the five-judge bench, said – Deputy Speaker Qasim Suri gave the decision on the no-confidence motion, but how did Speaker Asad Qaiser get it signed?
Imran was always called selected PM instead of elected. Reason- He was brought to the chair by General Bajwa and former ISI Chief Faiz Hameed. When Khan started showing eyes to Bajwa, his bad days started. Even the opposition sensed the situation. The army also shunned Imran in the NSC meeting. Now it is believed that even the Supreme Court will not spare Imran. The only reason for this is that the army was not kind to Khan. The Attorney General’s arguments in Thursday’s hearing are clear evidence of this.

Earlier, Imran had given a direct challenge to COASBajwa in October last year when he stopped the transfer of ISI chief Lt Gen Faiz Hameed to Peshawar.
President Arif Alvi’s lawyer Ali Zafar presented his case before the court. The Chief Justice asked Zafar – if everything is going on according to the constitution, then where is the problem?
Now the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM), alliance chief Maulana Fazal-ur-Rehman, has already announced that we will take to the streets under any circumstances and only people will tell Imran who is a traitor.
