Lucknow: CM Adityanath is not happy with the power supply situation in the state. He said that the condition of the electricity supply is not satisfactory. The department should try all the things as to make the supply regular. The sources say that the chief minister got the feedback of the electricity supply in his Janta Darshan. Many people have complained about the situation. So, CM has remarked about it. It is the first time that Chief Minister has stated so straight forward over the power system of the state.
In the last tenure the electricity department was headed by Shrikant Sharma. This time also he was able to win his seat but wasn’t included in the council of the ministers. The department is now given to bureaucrat turned politician AK Sharma, who is known as one of the closest people to PM Narendra Modi. At the time he was made elected as the member of the Upper House, he was propagated as the deputy CM in waiting.

Though he couldn’t make his way in the cabinet expansion of the government. It was shocker to all. The shocking element was that even the outsider like Jitin Prasad was included in the council of ministers then, not AK Sharma. In the second regime of the Adityanath, AK Sharma got the portfolio of the Cabinet Minister with the two-giant department of Urban Development and Power. It has been nearly two months of the working of the government, CM hasn’t only accepted the problem of power cut but also directed the officials to do the things better.
With the whole episode, people are asking, if the things are OK!
