A hit-and-run case incident was reported where a 34-year-old delivery boy lost his life after an SUV hit his motorcycle in Gurugram on Tuesday. The deceased has been identified as Kamal Kumar who belongs to Varanasi. He is survived by his wife and two children.
According to the information received the accused ran away from the spot after hitting Kamal.

The incident took place on Tuesday when Kumar was on his way to deliver the food to sector -50. After the accident, he was rushed to a private hospital where he succumbed to the injuries.

An FIR has been lodged under different sections against the accused. Police have ensured that a proper investigation would be done into the matter.

Further, the police have said that they are continuously monitoring the CCTV to identify the accused, and trying to get information.

According to the information received the accused has been booked under sections 279 (rash driving), 336 (act endangering life or personal safety of others), and 304A (causing death by negligence) of the Indian Penal code.
