Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath said that Bundelkhand region will become a paradise touching new heights. In Bundlekhand, pure drinking water will be available under the scheme ‘Har Ghar Nal, Har Ghar Jal’. Now the youth here will not have to migrate for employment.
The Chief Minister expressed this view while addressing a public meeting organized on the occasion after the inauguration and laying of 229 projects worth Rs 924 crore of Chitrakoot Dham at Government Inter College, Banda. He said that in the last two days, schemes worth Rs 3,000 crore have been provided by the state government in the Bundelkhand region. Now development plans are coming down to earth. With the blessings and guidance of the Prime Minister, drinking water schemes of this region will also be completed soon.
The Chief Minister said that today Rasin Dam and Chillimal Yojana have been launched in Chitrakoot district. The work of Arjun Sahayak project being built at a cost of Rs. 2,600 crore in Mahoba district will be completed soon.
The Chief Minister said that there are immense possibilities of tourism in Bundelkhand region. To increase tourism in Bundelkhand region, air services will be started soon from Chitrakoot and Jhansi. The Chief Minister appealed to the people that people above the age of 60 years should get Corona vaccine and the government is providing free Corona vaccine to people above the age of 60 years.
