New Delhi: Even boys are not safe in the national capital. In a shocking incident, four people gang-raped a 12-year-old boy and brutally thrashed him. The Delhi Commission for Women (DCW) chairperson Swati Maliwal brought the incident to light through social media on Sunday. DCW team registered an FIR in connection with the incident, she said.
In a tweet, she further said that the police had arrested one of the four accused. A complainant submitted that four persons gang-raped their child on September 18. They also inserted a rod in the boy’s private parts. The child informed his parents about on September 2, Maliwal said. The boy, who is in a critical condition, has been admitted to a hospital. The DCW demanded an action-taken report from the police by September 28.
