Bridge pose or Setu Bandhasana

Boat Pose or Naukasana

Yoga’s Naukasana is a great way to strengthen your core while simultaneously strengthening your legs. Laying on your back, slowly raise your upper and lower body to form an inverted V-shaped boat. Hold the position with your hands parallel to the mat and feel the strength in your hips. This asana is excellent for strengthening the core, muscle tuning, and flexibility.
