So, while staying indoors in such difficult times is quite worrying for the health too as we may tend to overeat on some days and not be disciplined to jog or walk or exercise making us put a few extra kilos every now and then. 1) As the majority of the jobs designed these days involve sitting at one place for long hours, it becomes difficult to burn a lot of calories. 2) Proteins are really important and have to be included in your diet at least once a day. Fiber-rich foods such as whole grains, nuts, seeds, fruits with skin, fresh vegetables giving nutrients are all good ways to take control of your diet. Remember starving doesn’t get included in any diet form. You have to eat the right amounts of food to manage your hunger and energy levels.
3) Drinking water of at least 8 to 10 glasses a day is really important. Drinking water is the ideal way to stay hydrated and removing toxins from your body. Avoid sugar-candies or readymade juices as they don’t serve any good for the health. It is better to make everything homemade once in a while and enjoy your cravings for different food items with a limited intake.
