It is exactly one year after the passing away of Bollywood actor Sushant Singh Rajput. 14 June is observed as the first death anniversary of the late actor who made a name in the film industry on his own merit with no godfather or backing of influential people of the film industry. Sushant started his journey to popularity after he got the lead role in Pavitra Rishta, a Zee TV show produced by Balaji Telefilms. Soon, he explored dancing and participated in various dance reality shows.
He got a offer from Bollywood to act in Kai Po Che! and thus, followed successful movies like MS Dhoni: The Untold Story, Kedarnath, Chhichhore, Sonchiriya, and Dil Bechara. In his career in the Hindi television and film industry, he was always appreciated for his acting skills and the way he gave his best to enact the role in each film. It was heartbreaking news for fans and people from all over the world when the young actor was found dead in his Mumbai apartment last year.

On the occasion of his death anniversary, here we present some important lessons one can learn from his life.
1) Sushant had this inability to express himself in front of people who were total strangers to him and that was quite painful for him. He considered acting to be that medium of voice through which he could express himself. People who fail to express themselves in daily lives with strangers need not feel sorry for themselves and instead, use that energy to find a medium of expression.
2) Never give up and do not lose hope. You know Sushant before moving to Mumbai understood that he had to start everything from scratch to make it big in Bollywood. He started working in the television industry to make that connection and almost shot for 500+ episodes in Pavitra Rishta before taking up the right launchpad film for his Bollywood career.
3) Live in the present moment. Sushant had revealed it in a media interaction about his realization during his filming for a movie. He had said that he doesn’t obsess about the future and doesn’t keep goals. Not taking himself too seriously makes him going ahead and for him, the journey is more important than the destination. He considered the present moment very important over the future goals or destination.
