We carry a lot of stories in our mind that have feelings of hurt, loneliness, irritation, disappointment, anger, frustration, hatred, jealousy, and name any other negative feeling. We carry these stories and repeat them over and over again in our minds when we are left with nothing to do. You will more or less try to convince yourself how bad or sad your life is and your brain will make you believe how comfortable and happy others around you are living their lives. You will become your own enemy and fall in hatred with yourself due to the emotional baggage of the past. But little do you understand that they are so toxic that they can make you do any extreme thing like self-harm and self-destruction habits of criticizing and comparing your life with others.

The past has gone and you can never get your past life back. Things happened because they were destined to happen that way. You need to understand that even if you have made a big mistake in your life, it was because situations were not favorable for you to do the right thing then. But let the past not decide your future fate.
Why not use the present to build a beautiful life and future ahead? Why not think about the good things that you have gained in your life and why not admire the little things that you just couldn’t appreciate all these years in your life? You need to come out of the past to write a sweet and wonderful future ahead and remember if there is any error you have made in the past, you can still rectify the same.
