Inner peace is the key to deal with crisis

Whether you accept it or not, we are all going through tough times these days.

No one is really happy and let me put this to you upfrontly.

No where, will you see the same happiness that was there in the world before January 2020.

From the time coronavirus came into our lives, everyone is sad from within over many things that are bothering them.

But remember this thing very clearly that sadness shouldn’t be for a long period in our lives.

Happiness and sadness are both important to lead a good life. You will never understand the importance of happiness if you don’t go through gloomy days in your life.

Acceptance has to be there. You need to learn to accept things as they are and work on it to get what you want.

These days, people say we are living in hell. But where is hell and heaven?

Hell is a mindset when you feel like things are too much bad for you and you are leading a life just for the sake of it.

Whereas, heaven is a mindset when you do things as per your wish and accept the fact that everything is temporary – be it happiness or sadness, good times or bad times.

Inner peace comes only when you meditate and understand the true meaning of your life.

Talk to yourself, know what you want and work on it. No one will take care of you the way you can take care of yourself and that is the true realization.
