How to manage your tears when quite emotional

LifestyleHow to manage your tears when quite emotional

Date:

The current times are quite distressing and worrisome. After all, we don’t live in carefree days. We live in the coronavirus times where everything has become uncertain and unbelievable. Just when I was planning for a trip to a foreign nation, I read a notification about how Saudi Arabia has banned flights to India and 15 more countries due to the new outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic. It is indeed boring at times to keep thinking about traveling and then canceling the plans due to the fear of striking the virus.

So, when tears start flowing from your eyes for no reason or due to many reasons, it is quite understandable because the times have changed a lot and introduced many challenges to the world, be it poor, middle-class, rich, or even the category of the elite. Scrolling through Instagram, I see many young people working in the entertainment industry who put on happy faces in front of the public and media eye, but deep inside they cry or feel no good for several reasons. Then I read news about many who have died by suicide or due to major illnesses in the entertainment industry – some well-known and some struggling and some celebrities who were too young to be even noticed.

3 really extreme places in the world for you to know

All such depressing news creates a lot of negative energy around and within us, which is too much to handle at times. We are in a fight or flight mode wherein we do not live a balanced or same living always. Every day when we wake up we get a new set of problems to be solved. Some are easy while some problems are too complicated to even understand where to start and how to come out of the issue. If you are someone who is going through major emotional issues, then you should talk it out with your trusted friend or relative who can give you a better perspective or insights.

If you don’t have any such person whom you can trust, you can simply start writing about how you are feeling. Remove all the suppressed anger toward others and within yourself in the diary. You can even buy a punching bag and start punching it whenever you feel like crying or being too much emotional. There is nothing wrong in thinking of hitting your boss if he has been too nasty with your work progress. If you have been always criticized or mocked by others, you can even think about them and cry it out once and for all.

Don’t keep too many things in your heart and your head as they can impact the other areas of your life in the worst way. Life is actually really simple but complex people make their lives hell and also invite others to be a part of their hell by accusing and creating problems for others. If you have got such people in your life, remove them quickly and avoid crying for long hours thinking about them. Just move on and forget the past to create a new happy beginning that can end in a better way.
