2) Sleep for 8 hours a day:
I have seen how fitness clubs and motivational speakers are sharing tips to sleep less and work more so that one can achieve higher success in life. This goes against the natural rhythm of a person’s body and thus, makes him vulnerable to several mental and physical illnesses in the long run. So, if you are someone who has been watching the OTT series at 11 PM just to wake up at 5 AM in the morning to go to work, then you are doing a very wrong thing to yourself. Get to bed as early as possible and sleep for at least 6 hours of quality sleep and 2 hours of just rest for the body and mind. 3) Practice patience:
We live in digital times. So, we have got used to getting things fast and with just one click. So what if your internet is working slowly or the website where you want to make payments is loading slowly? Do not worry and even start abusing the system. Instead, know how you can still be patient when things don’t go too fast and are taking time to unfold in themselves. You need to practice patience if you don’t want to take the blood pressure pills in the long run.
