Breaking up with your girlfriend is not easy

This coronavirus pandemic has taken a mental health toll on many people. Those who are weak-minded or emotionally vulnerable have gone crazy seeing the changes they have to adopt in their lives due to the pandemic. Wearing a mask all the time when we are out or while working from the office and sanitizing hands on a regular basis to avoid getting the coronavirus risk is not something everyone likes or remembers all the time.

The times are gloomy no doubt about it. But what are we doing with the dark times and making use of the current opportunity is all that matters? If your girlfriend has been quite rude to you over the past few months, understand that she is also reacting to all that is happening in her life. Everyone uses different ways to react and not all are the same. Each finger of the hands is not the same. It takes a lot of time to build genuine relations and if you are feeling lonely and aggressive towards your girlfriend then it is time to say a bye to her (at least for a while).

You need to understand that being in a toxic relationship for a long time can also impact your physical and mental health. You cannot drag things for a longer duration if you are unable to be on the same page as your girlfriend. If she is nagging you for being not a good partner or boyfriend, then it is time to break up for a while if not permanently.

Life has changed and so have the approaches of people managing the change due to the pandemic. You can request her to take a time off from you to figure out things in her life if she cannot do that for herself and is punching you for everything. Breaking up is not easy but remember tough decisions have to be taken for everyone’s well-being.
