Aishwarya Sakhuja feels the need for mental health insurance

Television actress Aishwarya Sakhuja feels that social media is not really a boon as it takes away the focus from the actual reality.

In one of her interactions with the media, she shared how social media also acts as an addiction for many as they miss out the personal touch of calls or meeting someone in the process.

According to her, social media can also leave a negative impact on the minds of many making them go through loneliness and depression.

As nowadays people are losing their jobs and afraid to step out of their homes, social media doesn’t really allow people to know what is actually happening in other people’s lives through their happy pictures or posts.

She thinks that mental health should also be covered under insurance as it is a serious illness affecting many people all over.
