Kathmandu: Chinese Ambassador Hou Yanqi has become active after seeing Nepal PM KP Oli’s government in danger. The Prime Minister of Nepal accused India that India wants to interfere in Nepal’s case and topple its government. China has now come forward to save the Oli government in Nepal.
Chinese Ambassador Hou Yanqi not only met KP Oli to save the Oli government, but soon after that he also met Nepal Communist Party leader Madhav Nepal, who is looking after foreign affairs in the government of Nepal. Chinese Ambassador Hou Yankee reached the limit when Nepal’s President Vidya Devi met Bhandari to save Oli’s chair.
Now the Chinese Embassy in Nepal has given a clarification. According to the Kathmandu Post report, the Chinese Embassy has defended meetings with Hou Yanqi PM KP Oli and the President. Embassy spokesman Zhang Si told the Kathmandu Post that China did not want to see the Nepal Communist Party in trouble and that the Hou Yankee had to intervene in the matter to resolve and unify differences between the leaders.
