Due to the growing number of cases and deaths owing to coronavirus, filmmaker Christopher Nolan’s highly-anticipated big-budget movie “Tenet” has got a new release date.
The film was supposed to release on 17 July and then it got pushed to 31 July and now as per a new report, the makers plan to release Tenet in theatres on 12 August 2020.
Warner Bros. wants to ensure that the film releases when the audiences are prepared to enter the theatres, which is set to reopen in July in the US.
“Tenet” features Robert Pattinson and John David Washington in the main roles. The film is said to be an action epic, which evolves from the world of international espionage.
The supporting cast includes Elizabeth Debicki, Dimple Kapadia, Kenneth Branagh, Michael Caine, Dimple Kapadia, Aaron Taylor-Johnson and Clemence Poesy.
Interestingly, the film has been shot across seven countries — India, the US, the UK, Denmark, Estonia, Italy, and Norway.
