Toxic gas leaks are reported from a chemical plant in Andhra Pradesh. Six people, including a child, died due to leaking of chemical gas at the LG Polymer Industry plant at RS Venkatapuram village in Visakhapatnam. At the same time, more than 1000 people have become ill from this poisonous gas. The accident occurred at around 3 am at LG Polymers Limited, Gopalapatnam, when people from nearby colonies were sleeping.
