Kamal Nath indicated to leave politics, said – I want to rest

Chhindwara: Former Chief Minister Kamal Nath, who lost the government first in Madhya Pradesh and now suffered a crushing defeat in the recent by-elections. Addressing supporters in Chhindwara on Sunday, Kamal Nath indicated leaving politics. He said that now I want to rest, I have achieved a lot.

In the Congress, this statement is being extracted in the midst of voices against Kamal Nath. Kamal Nath is only talking about leaving a post or is saying to bid farewell to politics. Kamal Nath is currently visiting Chhindwara with his son, who is considered to be his stronghold.

Let me tell you that right now Kamal Nath is the Leader of the Opposition in the Madhya Pradesh Assembly as well as the state president of the Congress. In such a situation, when the Congress had to face the loss in the by-elections recently, many successive leaders and legislators started opening a front against them. Leaders in the state are constantly saying that now a youth leadership is needed and the extent of defeat is bursting at Kamal Nath. Kamal Nath was accused of wrong ticket distribution, weak candidates and wrong strategy in the state.
